For Marination
Chicken – 1 kg
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 ½ tbsp.
Blended masala Ingredients:
Cardamom – 3
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Stone flower – 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Almonds – 20.
Dry red chillies – 9
Bay leaves – 2
Saute them in a pan on low flame
Let it cool & Blend into fine powder
Preparation of Chicken Gravy
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Chopped onions – 200gms
Marinated Chicken
Curry leaves – 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes – 1 cup
Blended masala
Water – 200ml
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
