Welcome back to my channel. In this video we will learn how to make 3 tasty Indian Street Food/Snacks Recipes. These 3 recipes are made using very simple and easily available ingredients like Dosa Batter, Rice Flour, Besan and other spices. These are very good and better for our health as well since we make it at home with fresh ingredients and healthy oil as well. These are excellent evening snacks recipes especially during winters and rainy season and also now during the hoilday season!!

Ingredients for Mysore Bonda:
1 Cup Maida
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1 Tsp Jeera
2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1/4 Tsp Cooking Soda
1/2 Cup Curd
Oil
Ingredients for Mirchi Bajji:
Bajji Mirchi 7 to 8
1 Cup Besan
1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1 Tsp Ajwain/Carom Seeds
1/4 Tsp Hing/Asofetida
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
5 gms Tamarind
1 Onion
2 Tsp Roasted Peanuts
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Oil
Ingredients for Punugulu:
1 Cup Thick & Fermented Dosa Batter
1/4 Cup Maida
2 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Oil
Mysore Bonda Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl
Add 1 Cup Maida, 1/2 Cup Rice Flour, 1 Tsp Jeera, 2 finely chopped Green Chillies, Salt to taste, 1/4 Tsp Cooking Soda and mix well
Now add 1/2 Cup Curd and whisk it thoroughly to make fluffy batter and cover
Let it rest for 20 mins
Heat a pan, add sufficient Oil for deep fry
Now, slowly add some batter into the oil
Fry them until they turn golden and crisp on both the sides
Finally, transfer them onto a plate and serve hot
That’s it YUMMY and TASTY MYSORE BONDA is READY!!
Mirchi Bajji Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl
Seive and add 1 Cup Besan
Next add 1/4 Cup Rice Flour, 1 Tsp Ajwain/Carom Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asofetida, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder and mix well
Add sufficient water and make a thick batter as shown
Make a thick paste of Tamarind and Ajwain seeds as shown
Take a Mirchi slit it open in the middle
Now stuff some Tamarind-Ajwain Mixture as shown
Stuff all the chillies as well similarly
Heat a pan, add sufficient Oil for deep fry
Now, slowly dip the chillies into Besan batter prepared and coat it well from all the sides and drop it into oil
Fry them until they turn golden and crisp on both the sides
Finally, transfer them onto a plate and make a slit in the centre
Stuff the Fried Bajjis with Fried Peanuts, Onions, Coriander Leaves and squeeze lemon over it
That’s it YUMMY and TASTY TANGY MIRCHI BAJJI is READY!!
Punugulu Recipe:
Take a mixing bowl
Add 1 Cup Thick & Fermented Dosa Batter, 1/4 Cup Maida, 2 chopped Green Chillies, 1 Tsp Jeera, Salt to taste and mix well
Mix it thoroughly to make fluffy batter and cover
Let it rest for 30 mins
Heat a pan, add sufficient Oil for deep fry
Now, slowly add some batter into the oil
Fry them until they turn golden and crisp on both the sides
Finally, transfer them onto a plate and serve hot
That’s it YUMMY and TASTY PUNUGULU is READY!!
