1/2 cup of food = for 9 -10 months baby
3/4 cup of food = for 11+ months baby
1 cup of food = for 12+ months baby
RECIPE – #1 ( Broccoli, Sweet potato meal )
Ingredients: ( for #1 – Broccoli & Sweetpotato meal )
1/4 cup – Broccoli ( finely chopped )
1/3 cup – Sweetpotato ( finely chopped )
2 tsp – rice ( rinsed )
1/2 cup – water
RECIPE #2 – ( Pumpkin Peas Meal )
Ingredients: ( for #2 – Pumpkin Peas Meal )
1/3 Cup – Pumpkin ( peeled & chopped )
1/4 Cup – Peas ( peeled & chopped )
1 tsp – Rice ( rinsed )
1 Tbsp – Red lentil ( masoor dal )
RECIPE #3 – Fish & Veg meal
Ingredients: ( for #3 – Fish & Veg meal)
50 gms – Fish Fillet ( boneless fish )
1 Tbsp – Spring Onion / green onion (chopped)
1/4 cup – Bellpepper / capsicum (chopped )
1/3 cup – Carrot (chopped)
1/4 cup – Potato ( chopped )
1 tsp – oil
1/4 cup – Water
Spice powders : ( 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – pepper powder,
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )
RECIPE #4 – Rice, carrot, moong dal (yellow lentil) meal
Ingredients: ( for #4 – rice, carrot, moong dal meal)
1 tsp -rice ( rinsed )
1 Tbsp – moong dal ( split yellow lentil )
1/2 cup – carrot ( peeled & chopped )
1/2 cup – water

Ingredients: ( for #6 – Cauliflower Spinach Pumpkin meal )
1/3 cup – cauliflower ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1/4 cup – pumpkin ( chopped )
2 tsp – rice ( rinsed )
1/2 cup – water

50 gms – lamb mince / any meat mince
1/4 cup – brinjal ( finely chopped )

garlic – tiny piece
1 tsp – rice
1 tps – oil
1/3 cup – water

1/3 cup – potato ( peeled & chopped )
1/4 cup – carrot ( peeled & chopped )
1/4 cup – peas
1 tsp – rice
1/2 cup – water
RECIPE #9 – Rice beetroot broccoli meal
Ingredients: ( for #9 – Rice beetroot broccoli meal )
1 tsp – rice
1/3 cup – beetroot ( finely chopped )
1/4 cup – broccoli ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – moong dal ( split yellow lentil )
1/2 cup – water
RECIPE #10 – Cauliflower Sweet potato rice dal meal
Ingredients: ( for #10 – Cauliflower, sweet potato, rice, dal )
1 tsp – rice,
1 tbsp – dal ( split yellow lentil )
1/3 cup – sweet potato ( peeled & chopped )
1/3 cup – cauliflower ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup – water
note: You can also use red lentil ( masoor dal ), brown lentil
or french green lentil instead of dal ( yellow lentil ) ..
